Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee project acceptance. Project availability, scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables, and requirements are confirmed separately before work begins.
Quotations and payments
Project pricing and payment arrangements may vary depending on scope and requirements. Applicable payment schedules and milestones will be communicated before the project begins.
Revisions
Revision stages and included revisions are determined by the agreed project scope. Additional or substantial changes may require revised pricing or timelines.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, appropriate reference materials, timely feedback, approvals, and any third-party permissions required for materials supplied for use in a project.
Intellectual property
Ownership, licensing, usage rights, source files, and portfolio permissions may vary by project and should be confirmed in the applicable quotation, proposal, agreement, or project communication.
